Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To modify or delete the dates for your Blue Mountain Private Tour, please contact us via phone or email. 
• Clients are eligible to receive a complete reimbursement if they cancel by calling at least 48 hours in advance.
• No refund will be given if a Day is canceled within 48 hours of the cancellation.
• It is your responsibility to be punctual for your Blue Mountain Private Tour. The pickup vehicle typically waits for a short time, but if you’re late and miss the tour, there will be no refund offered. Posh Wheels will provide details of your pickup time and location via email.
• If your tour is canceled, whether due to bad weather or other unexpected situations, you will be promptly informed and refunded in full through your credit card or other applicable payment method.
• Changing the date of your tour is free as long as there is availability.
• Posh Wheels will reimburse the price difference to your credit card if you choose a cheaper tour option.
• If a bus or vehicle breaks down during the tour, we will make every effort to ensure the tour continues, including sending another vehicle or vehicle to pick you up. There will be no reimbursement for lost time during the tour or in case of a change in the vehicle used for passengers. In case the tour is called off because of a bus or vehicle malfunction, Posh Wheels will offer a complete refund.
